About the role
Business Analyst Summer Interns join AllianceBernstein’s Technology & Operations business unit in Nashville, supporting teams serving investment professionals and clients. Interns work with Senior Business Analysts and Project Managers on process improvement, reporting, automation, and technology-enabled decision-making while learning investment-management products, services, and business processes.
Team
- Technology provides computing, communications, infrastructure, services, support, and innovation for research, investment services, and employees.
- Operations supports institutional investment management, private client administration, fund services, brokerage operations, and change initiatives globally.
Responsibilities
- Support teams serving institutional investors, research analysts, portfolio managers, client relationship managers, traders, and wholesalers.
- Work closely with Senior Business Analysts and Project Managers while learning key business processes and investment-management services.
- Streamline trading order management processes and redesign aspects of client reporting.
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to investment decision-making and explore opportunities for improved automation.
Internship Program
- Assignments may span a variety of Technology & Operations teams supporting investment-management activities.
- Program opportunities include firmwide onboarding and an introduction to asset management and capital markets.
- Interns receive mentoring, career planning, and training and development opportunities.
