Role and Responsibilities
- Start as Junior Quant Trader in Sydney, train in Chicago headquarters.
- Engage in systematic educational program to develop trading skills.
- Trade full-time on Sydney trading desks post-training.
- Work on real trading problems, analysis, tooling, and model building.
- Receive mentorship from experienced traders to build expertise.

Training Program
- Three-month training in Chicago with lectures, projects, and assessments.
- Learn market making, options Greeks, risk management, and trading strategies.
- Participate in mock trading games with real money stakes.
- Develop technical skills; coding experience is desirable but not required.
- Training includes trader shadowing and hands-on experience.

Application and Selection Timeline
- Apply by April 1, 2026, with updated resume.
- Attend Options 201 virtual course April 6-8, 2026, 1.5 hours daily.
- Top performers proceed to final interviews April 10-24, 2026.
- Start date expected August 2026, with Chicago training from August 24.

Requirements
- Graduate before July 2026 with 0-2 years experience.
- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong mental maths, pattern recognition, and probability skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to dedicate time for Options 201 course April 6-8, 2026.
