Junior Trader

Role and Responsibilities
- Learn to make markets using proprietary technology and trading strategies.
- Apply knowledge quickly to impact the firm's bottom line.
- Start on teams such as Options Market Making, Delta One, Vol Arb, Crypto, or Quantitative Strategy.
- React quickly and accurately to changing market conditions.
- Communicate effectively and foster professional relationships.

Candidate Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong math aptitude and quantitative analysis skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to solve math and coding problems quickly and accurately.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
- Programming experience preferred.
- Major GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required on first day, including F-1 OPT/STEM.

Compensation and Benefits
- Minimum base salary starts at $145,000 per Illinois Equal Pay Act.
- Eligible for discretionary performance bonus.
